Fashion Exposed Now has announced it will host a seminar program called 'The Forum' at its Sydney expo, in addition to the trading floor.

Seminars will include best-practice tips for retailers and brands, spanning digital strategies and retail thought leadership.

The following topics and speakers will be presented at The Forum:

TREND FORECASTING IN A FAST MOVING MARKET

Fashion tastemaker and consultant Tash Sefton will share her expertise on trend forecasting in a fast moving market. Sefton's extensive experience has seen her hold senior buying and product development roles for some of Australia's biggest fashion retailers over the past 20 years.

THE 4 MAGIC STEPS TO GROWING YOUR ONLINE SALES

The most successful online stores use a clear process to grow their sales. Scott Evans from Gorilla 360 will discuss the four most important steps for growing online sales.

DISCOVER NEW WAYS TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS AND ATTRACT MORE CUSTOMERS

Franziska Iseli from Basic Bananas will help the audience to discover why they don't need a 50-page marketing plan to grow their business exponentially. In this seminar, the audience will learn how to select the right marketing strategies, how a business can compete with big companies on a small budget, why it's easier to get noticed than ever before and how to truly understand and engage with target markets. At the end of this session, listeners will walk away with their own one-page marketing plan, filled in and ready to go.

HOW TO CREATE AN ENGAGING E-COMMERCE SITE

Andy Homan from Process Creative will outline why cultivating a distinct and clear brand message is so important. He will also look at ways to improve a site's user experience and why personalisation and merchandising are essential for all fashion brands competing online, as well as look at emerging trends and how to stay ahead.

HOW TO SURVIVE & THRIVE IN A BRICKS & MORTAR STORE

During this seminar, Susie Campbell from Little Black Book Marketing will discuss the possibilities to stand out as a fashion retailer and how to use some creative marketing ideas that listeners may not have considered for their own stores.

STEPS TO IMPROVE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE

Small business owners need the tools to handle their social media platforms effectively to attract new customers and keep the loyal ones happy. This interactive seminar with Kristyn Levis and Brenda Gaddis from 3C Digital will cover: how to find out which social media platform is right for your business, what and when you should post, how to recognise when your audience is online, tools you can use to create attractive posts, plus crucial tips for running social media ads.

Fashion Exposed Now will return in less than 4 weeks with a weekend showcase at Sydney's International Convention Centre on February 9 and 10, 2019.

It is Australia's largest fashion-only buying event.

World renowned international brands, well-known and established Australian and New Zealand brands, international brands launching in Australia for the first time, and emerging Australian brands will be on show.
