Roy Morgan last night announced Jeanswest as Australian Clothing Store of the Year for the second consecutive year.

The ceremony, in Melbourne, recognises customer dedication in the areas of satisfaction, engagement, loyalty, advocacy and trust.

The Awards night celebrated 32 winners of the 2017 Customer Satisfaction Awards, with winners announced across the retail, finance, telecommunications, travel and tourism, automotive and utilities sectors.

Jeanswest CEO Mark Daynes said this is an important win following a tough year for the industry.

“We’re delighted to be receiving this award for the second year running, particularly with the tough retail conditions the industry saw in 2017.

"To receive this honour is a testament to the entire team’s hard work and a real pat on the back; one we’re thrilled to receive directly from our customers.

“It’s our customer feedback that keeps us moving forward. Every day in many ways, customers tell us what they want; it’s our job to make sure we keep listening and keep delivering on those needs.”

The Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on 12 months of data from Roy Morgan’s Consumer Single Source Survey.
