Myer has has written down the full carrying value of its 20% stake in Topshop Topman Australia.
The $6.8 million writedown follows the appointment of administrators to the operation on May 24.
Myer confirmed the move was due to commercial term disagreements with UK brand owner Arcadia Group.
It will cease to trade Topshop Topman concessions in Myer.
Myer also confirmed an impairment charge of $38.8 million for its embattled designer brand Sass & Bide.
Both the write off of the Austradia investment and the impairment of Sass & Bide are non-cash, subject to audit, and will be taken as individually significant items in its 2017 financial year results.
