Sydney based streetwear brand Dead Studios has launched its premium flagship store in Bondi Beach, Sydney.

The store design takes inspiration from the brand's own clean design, opting to use a minimalist raw concrete fit out.

Since launching in 2014, the brand has experienced strong growth, garnering 80 stockists across Australia, NZ, Japan, USA, and Singapore. This includes Australian etailer The Iconic.

Dead Studios founder Sam Moore said the flagship store was just the beginning for its bricks-and-mortar expansion in Australia.

"Having our own retail store was always important. We wanted to create a space where our customers could connect and experience the brand in its own soundings.

"As a heavy wholesale brand, you are limited to creating your own spaces in other retailers stores, so having our own bricks and mortar stores meant we could create a space which was a true reflection of who we are as a brand.

"Over the next year, we will open up more of our own retail flagship stores, and focus on our global wholesale expansion."

Celebrity endorsement has also been a key factor in international expansion for the brand over the last 12 months.

Endorsements from Kylie Jenner, Sofia Richie and Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian has seen 30% of its online sales come from the US.

The store, located at 180-186 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach, features the entire collection of denim, activewear and streetwear, plus accessories from other brands such as Valley Eyewear.
