Fashion etailer The Iconic has confirmed a shake-up in its senior ranks as it gears for a year of “strategic growth”.

The company, which launched in Australia late 2011, has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of a new CFO, marketing director and head of customer retention.

Adrian Gribbin, former CFO and head of operations for Styletread.com.au, joins The Iconic team as its new CFO, with former Westfield employee Sally Bonner appointed as The Iconic marketing director.

Gribbin is also a chartered accountant who qualified with PWC and has previously worked in advisory roles for traditional and new media companies before working with one of the UK's most successful Internet businesses, Freeserve.

Bonner also has an extensive background in traditional retail marketing in Australia and Canada as well multi channel engagement, digital content and stakeholder management.

Clare Zacka, who has previously worked fore brands such as David Jones American Express and CBA's Commonwealth Awards, has a,so been appointed by The Iconic as its new head of customer retention.

Commenting on the appintments, The Iconic CEO Patrick Schmidt said growth was a key focus for 2014 as The Iconic looked to expand its market leadership position and consolidate its successes since its October 2011 launch.
