Seafolly has launched a new global eCommerce platform.

The platform was created to complement its international expansion, allowing optimised browsing for shoppers via location, channel and device.  

Seafolly has flagship stores in Australia, the United States and Singapore and over 2,700 stockists worldwide.

Seafolly CEO Paul Kotrba said he believed the new platform would enable customers to have better experience.

It is responsive across laptops, tablets and mobile, while also establishing a single view of the customer and stock.

“Our customers expect our quality and ethos to be maintained both online and instore to deliver a seamless experience.

“In launching our new site, we needed to ensure that the platform could address our core goals of a rich and engaging experience no matter where and how our customers shopped, enabling international expansion in the process.

“We are already seeing much greater levels of new traffic visiting the store and we look forward to driving engagement with these new customers as well as building the loyalty with those who have shopped with us regularly before."
