The limited-edition necklace is the latest addition to the long-term partnership between Sass & Bide and the children's charity.
The necklace, priced at $49, is available in silver and gold and marks the fifth instalment.
All proceeds from sales will be donated to Make-A-Wish to fund wishes for seriously ill children and teenagers.
Sass & Bide has made the necklace available in all Australian and New Zealand stores, in addition to online.
