In the wake of disruption due to COVID-19, Reed Gift Fairs has announced the new dates for its Melbourne show.
The show will now take place from 9-12 October 2020 and will co-locate with Life Instyle Melbourne at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for the first time.
In a statement, Reed Gift Fairs said that it understands the challenges that face exhibitors in these difficult times.
"Reed Gift Fairs recognises that it is imperative for businesses, including ourselves and many of our customers and stakeholders, to adapt to these unprecedented circumstances.
"The Reed Gift Fairs team understands and appreciates the level of planning that is required to participate in an event like ours.
"We will do our utmost to help our customers, partners and attendees to prepare for safe and successful participation on the new dates," it said.
The organisation added that it was continuing to monitor the health conditions.
"Our number one priority is the health and safety of our exhibitors, visitors, industry partners and staff.
"As such, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and remain guided by the expert advice of the public health authorities.
"We wish to thank everyone for their patience and support during this challenging time.
"As a strong, united and resilient community, we will come together again in October to reignite retail," Reed Gift Fairs said.
