Thought the lucrative plus-size market was just contained to apparel? Think again.

Ambra has extended its hosiery range with the introduction of Curvesque, a collection for fuller figures.

Ambra brand manager Linda Dall Est said the range is aimed at providing fashion-forward options for the younger demographic.

"Ambra understands the needs of fuller figure options for a younger market and has developed a range of modern colours and youthful styling in Curvesque pantyhose."

Product is available in a 15 denier sheer matte leg ($7.95) and a 20 denier sheer tight ($9.95).

The range comes in sizes Curvy 1 and Curvy 2 with colourways of spice, sienna and bitter chocolate.

All items feature a comfort brief, cotton gusset, reinforced toe and a composition of nylon/elastane/cotton.

The range is available at David Jones and select boutiques.
