Next Athleisure has won the exclusive Australian franchise rights to cult UK labels Topshop and Topman.
The new franchisee agreement will see Australia become the 32nd store in the world to receive Topshop stores, which already operate in 750 stores worldwide.
Next Athleisure chairman Hilton Seskin said he was delighted about the deal.
"We couldn't be more excited about adding Topshop and Topman to our portfolio. Those in the know have been anxiously waiting for Topshop and Topman to come to Australia on a large scale, and we are thrilled to deliver."
The first official store will launch in the Jam Factory on Chapel street in Melbourne in December this year and comprise of 1300 square metres of retail space, housing all of the brands latest key trends across both womenswear and menswear.
Topshop has developed an international cult fashion following since it's launch in 1964, introducing it's menswear brand Topman in 1978.
