Kathmandu has announced its latest round of executive changes following the departure of long-standing directors, Christine Cross and John Holland, in July.

CEO Xavier Simonet has appointed the company's current CFO Reuben Casey to the newly created role of chief operating and financial officer.

Reuben will continue with his CFO responsibilities and will be responsible for leading the company's management teams across finance, merchandise planning, supply chain, legal, property and store development.

Mark Handy has been appointed to a new executive role of GM merchandising. Handy has been with the brand since 2010, joining after senior stints with Marks & Spencer and Glassons.
