Jets Swimwear has opened its first concept store on Noosa's Hastings Street in Queensland.

The launch marks the brand's growth and expansion strategy since its takeover by the PAS Group last year.

The store features an extended collection of swimwear, resortwear and activewear.

Jets design director Jessika Allen said that the decision to open in Noosa was both a personal and strategic move for the business.

“The decision for Jets to open a retail location is tremendously exciting for me.

“With family holidays often spent in the Noosa region, I have a personal connection with the Sunshine Coast.

“The ideal getaway location and a complement to Jets having a more permanent presence, I am looking forward to presenting the Jets brand as a complete collection.

“The combination of an iconic Queensland location and a strong international visitor base make Hastings Street, Noosa the ideal location.”

Allen bought and relaunched Jets in 2001 before selling the business to the PAS Group last year.

The brand has forged major distribution partnerships in the domestic and international markets including the US, Canada, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Turkey and South Africa.
