Designer brand boutique Incu has undergone a major expansion at its Paddington store in Sydney to include a standalone womens offering.

After a decade occupying the space, it has taken over the tenancy of the retail site next door to double its floor span to 240sqm.

The rejuvenation directly follows the success of its store model in The Galeries which separates its mens and womens offering across two separate stores of equal size facing one another.

In addition Incu has also announced plans to execute similar expansion plans at its QV Melbourne store in 2016.

The boutique believes the new larger space will allow room to extend its product offering to include additions from ALC, Alexander Wang, Bassike, Commes des Garcons, Kenzo and Paul Smith.

Incu currently operates six stores across Sydney and Melbourne.
