An Australian brand has boldy taken out three billboards on Sunset Boulevard.

Maneater swimwear is breaking into the US market with a triple billboard blitz on Sunset Boulevard.

It's part of a joint advertising and marketing venture with LA based company 138 WATER.

The three month marketing campaign will see New Zealand TV personality Rosanna Arkle feature as the face of the brand's LUSH collection.

The campaign was shot by Australian photographer Angel Riley.

Maneater designer and creative director Renay Wells said that collection is a limited edition run and will not be repeated.

Wells believes that exclusivity is a key to the Maneater business model.

"This Maneater swimwear range has taken us to another level of creation with tropical printed mesh with contrast pink lining, we love the playfulness of these styles with pompom trim detail and contrast ties".

The brand has adopted an artisinal approach to its designs.

"I am really proud of this collection and in particular of this sexy one piece swimsuits, which feature in the these collections, they are definitely a new direction for ‘Maneater swimwear’ as swimwear artisans".

The collections are targeted at female consumers aged 24-34.
