The countdown is officially on for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Sydney, with tickets on sale from today for the spring/summer 2012 showcase event.
The festival, which runs from August 21 to 25, will be held at Sydney's Town Hall, with leading designers such as Ksubi, Lisa Ho, Akira, Alice McCall, Camilla, Jayson Brunsdon, Kirrily Johnston, and Oroton already locked in.
Department store Myer is also scheduled to present a selection of its latest womenswear, menswear and swimwear collections mid-week.
The shows will also see Myer ambassadors Jennifer Hawkins and Kris Smith spruiking ranges from the retailer's exclusive designer stable, including Sass & Bide, Aurellio Costarella, Ellery, Arthur Galan AG, Wayne Cooper, and Karen Walker.
In addition, Retailer Collection shows will also present the latest lines from Australia's mainstream fashion brands, such as Sportscraft, and the newly launched premium collection by Cotton On, C.O.
All tickets will also include access to the post-show 'After Party' in the Festival Hub, which will include make-up & styling sessions, an HP digital activation, and exclusive styling sessions by Redken.
Ticket prices start from $35, up to $100+ for packages such as the two-hour Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Sydney VIP experience package.
The package includes premium runway seating, limited edition gift bags, a backstage tour and after show drinks and canapés in the Mercedes-Benz Star Lounge.
