Collette Dinnigan is back - and she's dancing to a new tune.

Dinnigan will return to Target stores next month with a childrenswear range.

The range was created in conjunction with The Australian Ballet.

This is the designer's second drop for Target, with a 12-piece collection showcased on six young dancers in a special campaign.

Dinnigan dropped the first line with Target in 2012.

Inspired by The Nutcracker this season, the line features a mix of sequins, tulle and bows.

It will be open to a younger market than previously ranged, aimed at girls aged between one to seven years.

Target will donate 10 per cent of the retail price to The Australian Ballet Education Fund.

The collection will drop into into select stores on November 6 and online on November 3.

Prices range from $29 - $69.

Last year, Dinnigan announced the closure of her internationally acclaimed main line.
