David Jones has joined forces with one of Australia’s biggest music events, The 2015 ARIA Awards.

The department store was the exclusive presenting partner of the Aria Awards Red Carpet, staged at The Star on November 26.

David Jones chief marketing officer David Robinson said it collaborated with artists and designers to create a cutting-edge precinct.

"We are very excited to once again be aligned with the ARIA Awards.

"This year we have amplified the relationship between fashion and music, collaborating with Daniel Johns for our spring/summer campaign ‘Shot By Sound’ and working with an array of up and coming artists in our Youth Campaign, ‘Watch this Space’.

"The ARIA Awards is the perfect platform to inspire the ‘spirit customer’ with new trends seen on local and international talent, and showcase the incredible range of fashion available at David Jones."

This marks the fourth year the two giants have collaborated.
