Country Road is part of a corporate social responsibility push by Melbourne Central this month.

The shopping centre will host a series of community conscious activations during the festive season.

Country Road has teamed up with Melbourne artist Miranda Skoczek to design two tote bags and one tee, with all proceeds from each sale going to Redkite.

The Australian charity supports children and young people with cancer.

The highlight activation is a non-traditional Christmas tree designed by RMIT students.

Constructed out of nearly 1500 white wooden doves, the piece is suspended among white lights.

Resident social enterprise BeeKeeper Parade has also joined the fold, with a series of limited edition eco-friendly, reusable tote bags, upcycled from discarded fish feed or rice sacks

When shoppers get their Chocolatory gifts wrapped at KitKat, their $2 donation will go towards STREAT, a social enterprise helping homeless, at-risk and disadvantaged young people.

Melbourne Central’s Gift Wrapping Service will also be contributing to the enterprise.
