Calvin Klein Australia is continuing its long-standing partnership with Save the Children this year, helping to support remote Australian communities.

In 2019 the PVH-owned brand raised $42,467.16 through consumer donations and matching funds for Save the Children, which helped children that were impacted by the devastating bushfires around the nation.

This year, the PVH Foundation will again be matching consumer donations made in-store and online to support children in remote communities throughout the country.

"Every child deserves a safe place to live, a safe place to play and a safe place to learn," PVH Corp chairman and CEO Manny Chirico said.

"Establishing and investing in our relationship with Save the Children to support early childhood education has been an important focus for me, and something I’ve really championed.

"For 15 years, our partnership with Save the Children has had positive impacts on the communities where we live and operate and I thank our associates [and] Save the Children for their continued effort to improve access to education," he said.

In a statement, Calvin Klein Australia added that Save the Children has significant experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

"Save the Children has over 65 years’ experience working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia, including some of the most remote and difficult to access.

"They work in genuine partnership with local organisations adding value and supporting organisations to deliver services directly, while building capacity for community control," the business said.

In its 15 years of supporting Save The Children, PVH has reached over 100,000 children and families in five countries through its programming.

The PVH Foundation will match donations from the initiative up to $20,000 AUD.

Donations can be made in store with or without purchase and online.
