Vans has announced the opening of three new retail stores in Perth.
The new stores, which will all be open before October 3, mark the footwear brand's first retail venture in Western Australia.
To celebrate Vans’ first retail venture in Western Australia, the brand is partnering with Varsity Burgers to offer complementary ‘Off The Wall’ Waffle sliders.
A Varsity creation houses the combination of fried chicken, bacon and maple syrup between two waffle buns, on opening day at each site.
Vans and Varsity will also partner to throw a celebration bash at Varsity Morley on September 15, celebrating the brand's pillars of live music, action sports, art and street culture.
It will feature sets from Ray Finkle and Heavy Flow, skateboarding and BMX, live art from David the Robot, Sam Johns, Steve Bell and Hartley Design as well as ‘Off the Wall’ burgers.
The roll out will also introduce the first Vans concept store to Brisbane CBD, opening September 21.
