Iconic Australian brand Bonds is on track with an international initiative to capture the Christmas market.
The label, established in 1915, recently launched an online international shipping service for the first time ever, following continued demand for its products overseas.
The new service will allow customers to order its products online for delivery to six countries, UK, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada and New Zealand - all regions with strong Australian expat communities and present amongst Bonds 780,000+ Facebook fan base.
Product available for order will include Bonds range of underwear, clothing, baby and socks. The service also includes a simple return policy, shipping for AU$20.00 internationally, with delivery expected to take five to 10 days.
Commenting on the launch of the new service, Bonds marketing manager Zoe Hayes said international demand for Bonds products has been building up and the time was right to finally take the next step and expand the brand's offering.
“Since launching our Bonds.com.au e-store in November 2011, we have had much interest from our Australian and international Facebook friends asking us about international shipping.
"Bonds’ iconic women’s youth Hipster underwear, men’s Quickdry trunks, the baby Wondersuit and Bonds classic tees and singlets [in particular] have all been top items of interest from our large and active on-line international community,” she said.
