Domenico Alessandro Calabretta was appointed liquidator on December 6, following a general meeting with the company.
The appointment follows the demise of Oroton, which entered administration in November.
While fund manager Will Vicars made a successful bid to purchase the brand in December, Oroton has already commenced store closures this year.
