Melbourne-based fashion brand Nicholas the Label has announced an exlusive partnership with Australian department store Myer.

The deal will see Nicholas stocked exclusively throughout the Myer store network and online.

Nicholas the Label founder Irene Nicholas said the Myer partnership was part of the brand's continued evolution.

“I’m thrilled to be partnering with such an iconic Australian brand which has a long history of supporting local designers.

“The partnership will see Nicholas achieve strategic growth across all major Australian cities as well as online.”

The brand also took the opportunity to reveal strong international growth, with the label experiencing a nine-fold increase in its international customer base since 2011.

The global reach has been reflected by international sales, which now make up 92% of total sales and are led by the United States and the Middle East.

The company has also opened an office in Los Angeles with plans for a third office in Hong Kong.

Nicholas is now stocked internationally in Saks, Harrods, Lane Crawford, Harvey Nichols, Intermix, FWRD, Shopbop and REVOLVE.
